The energy is fueled by the union between people. We should employ empathy in order to make deci- sions for a better future. Humanity is in a period of upheaval. For people attempting to thrive in this time, old mindsets and approaches no longer work. A good starting point for developing this kind of mindset is to nurture a suite of feelings known as ‘self-transcendent emotions’. Empathy, gratitude, awe. Harnessing empathy – specifically transgenerational empathy.
This series focuses as well as on the empathy we should employ in order to make decisions for a better future. It can be built through the image of positive attachment figures such as family members.
