Giorgio Armani Neve collection in St. Moritz, Switzerland
The Giorgio Armani Neve high-altitude tour, inaugurated with the 2021 winter season, starts again on Saturday, December 9, with the first event in St. Moritz, which will be followed by stops in some of Europe’s ski resorts: Verbier (from Dec. 18, 2022 to March 18, 2023), Courchevel (from Feb. 11 to April 7, 2023) and finally Megève
(from December 6, 2022 to March 30, 2023).
In St. Moritz, a fashion show of the Giorgio Armani Neve fall/winter 2022/23 collection is scheduled to take place in the space in front of Olympia Stadium – setting of two editions of the Winter Olympic Games (1928 and 1948), located just a few minutes from the city.
Armani Neve: a special set up for the Milanese boutique
For the occasion, some Armani boutiques – in which the Armani Neve collection is already available – will present a special set up in line with the concept of the traveling structure characterized by vertical and thin mirrored elements that reflect the surrounding environment and landscape.
The event, realized in collaboration with the Swiss Tourist Board and St. Moritz, designed to minimize its visual and environmental impact, in compliance with the 20121 standards, will conclude with a dinner.
Alex Black photographer
Alex Black is a Director and Photographer originally from Montreal living between Paris & New York.
She sees the photography process as a way to make a painting or sculpture. Inspiration is drawn from the visual language of abstract art to create representations that exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world. In there lies a tension between abstraction and figuration. Fashion is used as a tool for its shapes, colors and forms to achieve an effect and are usually simplified or schematized
