Consumption feelings, emotional unpackings
Suspended and not fully clear scenarios build a short story with no beginning and no end. Consumption emotions add texture to daily scenes. It is known that emotion helps readers gain understanding and perspective from different viewpoints, and provide an opportunity for them to escape from the ‘real world’. Emotions can be hidden and obscure, specific and obvious. What happens when communication breaks down? Dear reader, don’t read.
Benedetta Spreafico
Benedetta is a Milan based Creative Director and Graphic Designer. She has over 10 years of experience working in-studio and now currently working as a freelancer. She builds brand and visual identities. She also directs both commercial and fashion editorials as well as advertising campaigns for several brands and corporate companies. Benedetta achieved her BA in Graphic and Visual Arts at IED in Milan and then completed a Master Degree in Communication Design at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. Her work has been showcased at the Unique Print Exhibition at the Camden Image Gallery and at Somerset House in London. She teaches Typography, Creative Layout and Art Direction to international students at IED Milano.
Matei Octav
Matei Octav is a visual maker and director born in Romania and based in Milan who works in the fashion field on an interdisciplinary level, mixing digital and non-digital mediums and continuously exploring the unordinary ordinary.
Tea Barbagallo
Tea is a freelance fashion stylist and brands consultant, born and based in Milan. Graduated in International Studies and European Institution at Università degli Studi di Milano with a post-graduation in Journalism, driven by her passion for photography she started her career as Fashion Assistant at Vogue Italia, until she became Editor at Elle Italy. Thanks to all the experiences acquired over the years in the magazines she began working as a freelance stylist. She is also former senior stylist for Browns Fashion.
