Simone Fant is an Italian multimedia and investigative journalist specialising in environmental reporting, energy and the circular economy. A three-time Journalismfund.eu grantee for cross-border investigations, he has contributed to Il Post, Mongabay, EUobserver, Millennium and other publications. He hosted a weekly circular economy podcast for Renewable Matter and Gigawatt, a four-episode podcast on energy for Corriere della Sera. He received the Fenice CONAI Prize for young environmental journalism in 2022 and the CoReVe Award in the online category in 2023.
